Found this on flickr with no indication of the designers web page nor picture of the other side. I really wonder how the back of the card looks like.
As a fan of minimalistic approaches I would put this card in the top 10 of my favorites. What a cool business card would it be if the other side was just empty?

“Out of Ink” Business Card

This unique business card is similar to the last creative business card design which also didn’t use any ink. But while other one has holes in it, this one looks like it was written with an empty pen. Not sure if somebody really “wrote” those or they were pressed with some machine, but it’s definitely a unique business card design.

This creative business card was made without any printers, only holes. By choosing this method they can give this business card to someone visually impaired and the information will be readable. Great!
Oh… and it also leaves a readable shadow
